Butterfly's Care Homes Announces Development of Four New Accessible Supported Living Flats in Rayne, Braintree

Butterfly's Care Homes is pleased to announce the development of four brand-new, self-contained supported living flats in Rayne, Braintree, Essex, due for completion in July 2026.

Located to the rear of our established residential care home in Rayne, the new ground-floor apartments are being purpose-built to provide safe, modern and fully accessible accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex support needs.

Each flat will be completely self-contained, offering:

The development has been carefully designed to ensure suitability for individuals with mobility needs, including wheelchair users, while also supporting people who wish to maintain independence within a safe and supportive environment.
