Living with a life-limiting condition can be emotionally challenging for both patients and their families. Butterfly’s provides compassionate emotional support to help patients cope with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. We also offer guidance and comfort to family members, helping them navigate their feelings and better support their loved ones.

Our care team provides daily assistance with essential personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. This support helps service users maintain a sense of dignity and independence while ensuring they remain comfortable and well-cared for in their own home, or our care home.

Our care staff coordinate closely with each individual’s healthcare team, including doctors, specialists, and nurses, to ensure a continuity of care. By working collaboratively with these professionals, we can ensure that all aspects of the patient’s medical needs are addressed, from medication management to ongoing health assessments and check-ups.

We recognise the invaluable role that family carers play for individuals receiving care at home, and our respite care services offer them a well-deserved break. Whether for a few hours or a few days, our team will step in to provide reliable, compassionate care, allowing families time to rest and recharge whilst knowing their loved one is in safe hands.
