With a carer on hand overnight, we can offer our clients and their families the reassurance they need to sleep soundly and have their individual needs met.
Our fully trained carers are experienced in dealing with a whole range of conditions that require overnight care as well as the needs that come from being elderly. These include but are not limited to:
Our overnight care is broken down into two categories. Which one you choose is dependent on the level of care required. We offer:
Waking night care: This is where a carer will stay awake for the night and provide whatever care is needed
Sleeping night care: With this type of care, a carer will assist with any needs required before bed and will then sleep in the home overnight. The carer can be woken through the night if they are needed
Things often seem more difficult at night and this is particularly true for people who already feel vulnerable.
Overnight care not only provides reassurance for the person receiving it, but it also gives their loved ones peace of mind that all their needs are being met through the night, even if that just means them being able to sleep soundly knowing someone is available if they need them. Our carers provide:
Reassurance for both the client and their loved ones
Care in whatever form is required
Company and a friendly face
Support with tasks
We are a family-run care group and are passionate about delivering the best possible care to our clients. We care for the people we look after and treat everyone as an individual with different needs and preferences. At Butterfly’s we are committed to:
Providing exemplary care to all our clients
Never using agency staff. All of our carers are fully trained and experienced to provide the standard of care that we would give to our own families
Getting to know you. We know how important it is to see a friendly face and we will take the time to get to know people and their families. We want to know likes, dislikes and what is required of us
Receiving feedback. We love to chat and welcome any feedback that will improve the care we are providing even further. We also offer families access to our online portal. Here, they can view their loved one’s notes and feel more connected to the care they are receiving
Maintaining our rating of “Good” in Care Quality Commission reviews
Because we work on individual care plans for each and every person, costs do vary depending on the amount of support required.
